I am Robert Hayner president of Rising Sun and I am an artist.
This is a sample of the portfolio of Rising Sun.
I am currently enrolled in the fine arts program at Hudson Valley Community College
therefore you will observe many styles in my work.
- What we Do
We will submit new pieces of work during Summer Vacation every
two weeks to a month and upon graduation a more periodic update system will
be established. The main goal of having this website is to promote graphic art and sequential art. The next goal is to make the stories NEW & EXCITING to the readers
Soon I will release some different characters with their own adventures that you can follow.

Basically at rising sun the goal is to create a market for designs and to create product. Soon there will be T-shirts, Caps, and coffee mugs
