- The graphics are for your use free of charge as long as you do not use
them to sell a product or otherwise make money. If you decide to use some of
the graphics then in your credits section or bibliography we would expect you
to reference RisingSun as the creator of the graphics that you chose to use.

If you want to use the graphics to make money we will construct a contract
for you so that you can do that and pay us for the use of the graphics
that you have selected.
- NOTE: If you do use the graphics for free or for both our profits YOU MUST
copy the graphics into your disk space on your provider.
If you don't you will find that the graphics disappear,etc.
Unless you want to rent space on our provider.
- The Tree-D Chart will be available this summer in the form of pads that
you can purchase from Rising Sun, see Tree-D chart display Figure 1.

Another type of pad that we will offer for sale
is where the Tree-D charts will be of the nature that
the guide lines of the chart will not zerox unless one writes over them.
We will also have full size write on/and erase overlays for an ezzil.
Note: All of the above Tree-D charts will come in black and white
as well as color.
